Therapeutic work provides a safe and grounded space to explore what’s painful, confusing, or unresolved in your life. Our sessions may include working through trauma, addressing anxiety or depression, making sense of identity or relationship issues, or simply understanding yourself more fully. We explore emotional pain, developmental wounds, inner critics, attachment patterns, and trauma with compassion and clarity.

My approach is informed by forty years of intensive therapeutic experience and training, and an understanding of how body, psyche and soul develop.
